Mica sheet
Mica sheet is mica lamination developed for providing outstanding electrical insulation at large temperature, which consist of approximate 90% Muscovite(or Phlogopite)and 10% temperature resistant silicone resin.
Prorerties
Outstanding thermal resistance, muscovite mica retain insulation qualities at 500ºC and phlogopite mica sheet resistant temperature up to 750ºC.
Superb electrical insulation, generally the breakdown voltage is more than 15KV/mm.
Exceptional flexural strength and easy to be punched and machined.
Environmental secure. It is incombustible, asbestos and halogene free and does not produce toxic gases.

Rigid Mica Plate
YG-5660-H is a variety of rigid laminated material, created of muscovite or phologpite mica paper with silicon resin.

Versatile Mica Plate
YG-5660-S is a variety of adaptable laminated content, it has outstanding dielectric, superb tensile power and easy to type at space temperature. They are typically employed for hair dryers, curlers, electrical irons, motors and so on.
Glossy Mica Plate
YG-5660-G sequence of Shiny Mica Plate are made from muscovite(or phlogopite) mica paper and high temperature resistant silicon resin, in contrast with rigid mica plate, its surface area are really smooth, but qualities have no diverse. YG-5660-G collection has two species: shiny muscovite mica plate(YG -5660-G1) and shiny phologpite mica plate(YG-5660-G3).
Thick Mica Plate
YG-5660-T sequence of Thick Mica Plate is rigid mica plate with thickness above 3mm, it is mica lamination developed for offering excellent resistant to high voltage and higher temperature. YG-5660-T sequence has two species: thick muscovite mica sheet(YG-5660-T1) and thick phlogopite mica sheet(YG-5660-T3).
Thick mica plate is utilised for cylindrical resistance heaters, thermal insulation in circuit breakers, chemical-engineering and electric appliances, electric sterilized cabinet, and in steel or metallurgy business for intermediate frequency furnace, arc furnace, and so forth.
